Bumped, bruised and aching…is that how you all felt after out Tae Kwon-Do demonstration, or was it just me?
What a day! Our TKD display in Green Lanes, Barnstaple, was a huge success not to mention great fun for all those involved.
Thank you to everyone that took part, be it students, families or friends, not to mention Abi our professional face painter for the day. I think I would be a bag of nerves working for so long with my back to all the TKD action just inches away.
I hope you all enjoyed taking part as much as the public enjoyed watching. I had some great feedback, positive comments and compliments about you all and North Devon Tae Kwon-Do as a club.
Well done again, and here’s to the next one…
